Shane Robin is the owner of MSR Technologies, Inc. He founded the company in December of 2001. His computer experience began way back in the day learning BASIC programming on a TRS-80 from Radio Shack. He actually owned an Apple IIe for a while.
Shane always seemed to gravitate to being the computer support person at whatever job he had but it would be many years before he would venture off into owning his own business performing IT support. He feels it was the best decision he ever made.
MSR offers IT support for Business and Residential customers. When it comes to computers, they claim to “Build the Best and Fix the Rest!”. Beyond computer sales and support MSR offers managed support that allows them to monitor computers for problems 24/7. Often fixing problems before the customer knew there was a problem. They also offer security cameras, audio-visual solutions and much more.
When Shane is not behind the mic or at work, he can be found spending time with his three boys, hunting, fishing or shooting sports of all kinds. He is also a certified barbecue judge with the Florida Barbecue Association. Since Shane is originally from Texas, the barbecue thing makes sense.
